Admin and Communications Coordinator

Location: Grays, Essex
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £24,000

In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our operations – managing administrative tasks,
coordinating events, and creating engaging content for our website and social media. If
you’re an excellent communicator, highly organised, and love being part of a mission-driven
team, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations – scheduling, emails, and venue logistics.
  • Support event coordination – logistics, scheduling, and artist coordination.
  • Create content for our website, newsletters, press releases and social media.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • 2+ years in admin or communications (bonus if you’re in the arts!)
  • A creative, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to work
  • Passion for arts and creativity!
