Hop aboard the Creative Express where we set out to appreciate the journey as we create wonderful things through expressing ourselves.

EXPRESS is a new club, made for secondary and college aged young people living in Thurrock. It has been co-designed with the help of 15 young people living and studying in the borough. Together they formed the YMH Steering Group – shout out to them!

The project’s steering group spoke of their want of a safe space that allowed them to talk and express, the opportunity to socialise with peers outside of school whilst being able to try new creative things that subtly supported them. And now it’s GO TIME! …

FREE sessions will run weekly starting from the 7th of November until the 12th of December.

Join our Drama facilitator in a safe space to create and express allowing you to get up, move your bodies to support your mind whilst working on a creative arts project. You’ll be using movement, drama games, acting, spoken word, recording and photography to create an exciting exhibition.

** The programme will be complimented by external organisations and mental health resources offered to young people.
