Young Actor’s Company present FRESH AIR

The Young Actor’s Company from within our Make Some Noise Programme have been working tirelessly since the start of January, with the help of Director Scott Le Crass, to put together a brand new production of Fresh Air to present as part of the National Theatre Connections Festival 2025.
Fresh Air is an exciting new play telling the story of local heritage through a group of modern day teens written by Thurrock’s own playwright, Vickie Donoghue.
The cast & creative team is made up of 17 local young people, representing Thurrock in amongst 250 groups participating nationwide!
Join us in supporting this group of Thurrock young people in their amazing work.

An evening of performances from 3 local participating groups including Arts Outburst’s Young Actor’s Company – presenting their official NT Connections Festival performance.

Students from a Pupil Referral group are made to go orienteering in what they discover is England’s most haunted woods. Stalked by eery ghost children determined to keep them there forever, they must learn to confront the here and now to unlock the key to their futures.
