Head of Operations
0.4 Part Time | c£42k pro-rata (dependant on experience)

This is a new and exciting role for our Organisation. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading and developing Arts Outburst’s strategic and operational planning, monitoring implementation, financial management and organisational development.

The Head of Operations provides high level support to the Artistic Director in managing the organisation and providing support to colleagues. The role involves having the capacity and capability to provide professional and managerial oversight to projects as and when required.

The role involves working with colleagues involved in finance and project monitoring to meet the changing need to deliver quality projects which are value for money and financially sound.

The Head of Operations will be expected to:

Support a range of large-scale, strategic programmes of work across a range of themes

Develop strategic management and policy development with support practice relating to the development of the organisation

Support the Artistic Director in managing the relationship and reporting to Arts Council England.

Actively contribute to the vision and development of the organisation.
